Karl Hart, Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Visionary

One of Karl’s first jobs was as an Entertainment’s Officer at a seaside hotel in his home town of Sandown on the Isle of Wight, UK, at just sixteen years old. Over the years, Karl has also had hands on experience as a night club manager, corporate event planner and security services manager for prestigious clients like Bristol University and elite events such as the Cowes Week Yachting Gala in the UK.

In the early 90’s Karl was introduced to Anthony Robbins during the peak performance speaker’s landmark tour of the UK. This chance meeting began a long career working for Robbins exclusive promoter in Europe, where Karl learned many aspects of the industry under his friend and mentor, Richard Steel. During this time, Karl also took some time out to assist in the setup of a new and exciting educational program offering accelerated learning techniques to children of all ages. He thoroughly enjoyed this role and was a pivotal contributor in the securing of Government funding to ensure that the program continued to reach the greatest number of children nationwide.

Karl has stayed involved with corporate training and education which led to his long and varied history in the event services industry. In time, he became aware of the considerable number of up and coming speakers that had both valuable content and a huge desire to reach a greater number people, but many lacked the experience or resources to promote their message through both accessible product delivery and exceptionally produced live events.

So it came to be that in 2007, after much deliberation, Karl left his job to dedicate his time to creating Be Better Be More™, a vision of using the latest technology to bring together the finest education and trainings in a global community of speakers, products and ideas to make them available to anyone, regardless of geography.  Having been encouraged to put his ideas out into the universe by his wife and partner Terri, Be Better Be More was created as the intermediary designed to connect educator and student in the most supportive and accessible environment possible!
